Issue with menu when using scale extension

When I use the scale extension I can no longer scroll in the menu screen (it acts like overflow:hidden). If I don't include the scale extension, then menu works as desired--menu behaves like overflow:auto

I have this issue too but it is reproducible only in firefox (23.0). Chrome works ok and menu is scrollable.

Note to self, this change added options.classes.htmlMenu which will need to be reflected in the docs.

I've tried 22d426b master. There is a degradation in Chrome. Scroll bar jumps randomly when I press space or pgup/pgdown to select slides in menu mode. The same behaviour (scroll bar jumps in menu) is appearing in Firefox too.

There is another regression though. It was possible to click visible slide thumbnail in menu mode to open it. Now click on thumbnail does nothing.

@mabrek Should be fixed now. Had a typo somewhere when I did some project refactoring.

The move to using an element inside body instead of body with the boilerplate removed the need for htmlMenu option, so the doc update is no longer needed and this can be closed.
