Hello Immunefi team,
I am a security researcher and I am currently blocked from submitting a responsible disclosure on Immunefi.
The blocker is identity verification:
- ZKPassport NFC verification is not possible in my case
- Passport is expired and rejected
- National ID and driving license are not detected by the ZKPassport app
- No manual verification option is available
- Zendesk support form also fails to accept email input
As a result, I am technically unable to submit a valid report.
I currently have a fully prepared vulnerability report and would like guidance on:
- An alternative identity verification method, or
- A temporary bypass so I can submit the report responsibly
