Release with new merged features

Just found out there are unreleased merged features, including some new rules.

Is there any plan or help wanted to make a new release?

No help wanted; it just requires a maintainer to have the time to do it.

Is there anything the community could do to free up some time for the maintainers? Whether it be in this project or others to get these new features and bug fixes out. @benmosher

@benmosher I can see you have busy + burned out as your status here. I sympathise with this, but others are offering to help get these features released. Can you perhaps give another maintainer with available time permission to release the new features?
