Drop support for django 3.2

**Problem Statement**
Supporting django 3.2 has became a bit complicated, since the introduction of pytest 7 and python3.7 has reached EOL the 27th of June 2023

Drop django 3.2

**Additional context**
#688 and #697 will become instantly mergeable after the dropping of django 3.2
