Bug: Dependency Downgrade Conflict
The generic-array dependency is being downgraded from version 0.14.9 to 0.14.7, which is inconsistent with the PR goal to bump dependencies. This downgrade could reintroduce bugs or security issues that were fixed in the newer versions, and may indicate an unintended dependency resolution conflict.
