Summary
Node 4 is unsupported by Jest since #4769. This PR removes leftover (mostly test) code that performs special handling if running in Node 4.
Test plan
Updated snapshots now include more stack trace data, because stripping it out to make it consistent across Node 4 and 6+ is no longer necessary.
