Dynamic completion of an alias to a diff tool command completes to the last argument

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. jj config set --user aliases.foo '["diff", "--tool", "meld-3"]'
2. jj foo<TAB>

Expected Behavior

A space inserted.

Actual Behavior

Command morphed to jj meld-3

Specifications

• Platform: Git Bash in Windows Terminal
• Version: 0.34.0-22900c9a9ba362efa442fed2dd4e6e1d5c22cc7a

I get the same symptom with the following alias last values
foo= ["log", "-r", 'master::|::master'] foo= ["log", "-r", 'master']
but not if I change it to
foo = ["util", "exec", "--", "jj", "log", "-r", 'master::|::master']
nor does it happen given some different last values like
foo = ["log", "-r" , "all()"]
