port for node.js 0.11

It seems like from node.js 0.11 on the low level APIs will change (#111).

The driver probably has to be ported.

It might make sense to look into https://github.com/rvagg/nan, which tries to create a layer for native node.js modules, so that they can work with mutliple versions of node.js

I could do it and submit a PR. I'm testing 0.11.10 and I upgraded two binary add-ons (galaxy-stacks and node-fibers) to 0.11.10.

Note that the V8 API changed again between 0.11.8 and 0.11.10. So it is important to do it with the most recent version. Don't know if nan is really necessary. I like the way it was done in node-fibers (https://github.com/bjouhier/node-fibers/blob/node-0.11.10/src/fibers.cc#L24-146)

I gave it a try today (see commit just above). The code compiles both with the old and the new API. And it seems to run ok with our app (but I did not test much).

Note: conversion did not disturb the code much because it is all done through a small set of helper functions and macros. There is nevertheless one copy operation that I did not manage to convert and that will need to be investigated later: https://github.com/Sage/node-oracle/blob/d651c4554b6156cc6dcee4bc786f42ba133ee667/src/executeBaton.cpp#L116 This line is only executed by queries that have output parameters.
