Simple EAR project testing JNDI behaviour from SIP Servlets

- TestPochete: SIP Servlet, it has ok access to SipFactory from @Resource but not from JNDI. Listing the JNDI shows that there are missing leaves in the JNDI tree

- ListJndi: HTTP Servlet, it has ok access to complete JNDI tree, invoke http://127.0.0.1:8080/test5-as7-sip-war/listjndi

- PocheteEjbBean: EJB, it has ok access to both SipFactory both from @Resource and from JNDI
