I have added a number of README.md files in the format suggested to improve the documentation on the projects in this repo to allow learners to be able to get some of the projects here running and know their function without having to read the source code. The documentation is very basic as I want to leave a minimal impact on other people's work while still being useful to others. This wasn't done on projects that I could not get working on my computer, or projects that depended on a provided binary (although I'm sure you've done a great job of keeping malicious code out).
