I believe we already have a review process. We set this up over a year ago when we started to get a large influx of contributors, mainly from GSoC.

I hope you're doing well.

I just wanted to share a quick note regarding this. Benjamin and I had a discussion around it, and there we discussed like just as we have a guideline in place for issue triage, it might be helpful to introduce a similar guideline for the PR triage process as well which directly relates to the PR triage board.

Through this issue, my intention is to propose creating such a guideline, with the aim of making the overall contribution and review workflow smoother and more consistent. Please checkout this gist where I have summarized the overall process related to my idea.

Hi Greg and @Utkarsh-123github . This is a document to help coordinating the Triage Group working in the website repo. We are using a board for speed-up the reviews and maybe having this process documented could help onboard others. WDYT?
