Circuit_preprocessor: wrong error measure for some tracks

For some tracks, the error measure is incorrect as they give large errors even though the visual error is small. An acceptable error is  less than 0.5m. For example, this happens for the [vendrell](https://github.com/juanmanzanero/fastest-lap/tree/main/database/tracks/vendrell) track.
