@testitem are a lot like methods.
Having them in the outline improves navigation and also makes running a test easier when working on it, as the launch icon is next to the @testitem macro line (we have tests with longer text blocks with inputs and expected values before the actual test code, so without this, a lot of scrolling is often needed)
