change: add class for all types of keyboards

Hello @mcdurdin, @jahorton, where can I add class names to all types of keyboards when loaded onto keymanweb.com? I need the class to relocate to a new div for the new keymanweb design.

Current keyboards I can think of:

Those two keyboards aren't exactly standard - their structure is very, very different for desktop-mode keyboards.

Interestingly, in the Dazaga Gourane Karra case, it's because the desktop layout spec part of the keyboard is literally null. That seems like an issue that should be raised for the keyboard, especially as it has reasonable, conventional layouts for the default and shift layers. (Numeric is a bit funny - 4 rows instead of the 5 on the main layers, but still - that's no reason to break the desktop layout.)

For the EuroLatin and IPA keyboards, more discussion would be needed, as the current desktop "layout" isn't a "layout" - it's a "help page."
