Specifying remote for flatpak packages

Certain app developers have packages in the flathub remote and also in their own remotes (For more updated versions, etc). It would be nice if you would be able to specify the remote in the flatpak.packages decorator as an argument.

Can you try setting the remote priority via a config file? Or would this cause issues when you want to mix packages from 2 remotes which both provide the same packages? I don't think that is very common setup.
