L1: While syncing in Holesky, consensus (lighthouse) report issues regarding Payloads too large

We need to investigate why this is happening, it stops the node from receiving new payloads, which in the case of syncing as it's working right now, if something stops the cycle it won't run again if we don't receive new payloads.
