Create worker for import-bench to test performance from CI

We have a tool for an import bench `tooling/import_benchmark` that we should be able to run from a ci worker.

Objectives:
- This should automatically run an import bench and compare against main
- It should run with an advanced state on mainnet (latest fork)

Notes: 
- It will fail on the database changing the structure
- It will need to be updated by hand
