Public share without user auth #11252

Feature Request
I want to be able to share a link with my friends without creating an account.
I think this feature could be implemented using a “Public” checkbox.
Motivation
This feature removes the dependency on user authentication for simple sharing scenarios.
A public checkbox allows controlled access while keeping the system flexible and secure.
