RRULE:FREQ=YEARLYwhen negativeBYMONTHDAYorBYYEARDAYvalues are used. In certain combinations the evaluator could normalize negative positions incorrectly and skip valid occurrences (e.g., end‑of‑month or end‑of‑year instances).
