Pls note that CI build has failed due to broken anchor links, you can check them before pushing by doing npm run build or npm run start (the latter runs a local server bound to localhost:3000 where you can preview and see the up-to-date edits when you make them in flight — as rebuilds happening on demand)

pls don't update this file manually and rather:
- prep a PR to the LIPS repo
- once merged in, run
npm run fetch-externaland it will regenerate this page
