[feature]: Add option to skip courier proof transfer in SendAsset RPC #1476
Description
In some setups, peers can directly exchange proofs without needing the courier service.
Extend the SendAsset RPC to allow skipping courier-based proof transfer for a specific tap address. This is already covered in integration test testSendNoCourierUniverseImport, which simulates direct proof transfer post-asset send.
