[DEPRECATION] Keybase bridge

No new maintainer has appeared to take over the keybase bridge: matterbridge-org/community#1

As it is, the old keybase library does not compile on go v1.24 due to dynamic format string which i can't solve on my own. And since i don't use keybase i don't intend to upgrade the library back to upstream: https://github.com/keybase/go-keybase-chat-bot

If someone wants to take maintainership, it should be easy to reimplement the keybase bridge. Contributions welcome!
