LGTM. I suggested capitalizing the first letter of the comment sentences, but this is not a major issue.
I also think it might be nice to add a mention of hue interpolation method in the value description of <color-interpolation-method>. It seems a bit weird to mention it in the "Syntax" examples, but then not mention it at all in the "Values" section, although I appreciate why (that it is part of <color-interpolation-method>).
