MA0007 doesn't support with initializer and switch expressions

When deciding between MA0007¹ and SA1413², I've noticed that MA lacks the following 2 things from SA: WithInitializerExpression and SwitchExpression.
Meanwhile, stylecop lacks CollectionExpression support.
