Fix several compile errors for gcc 12 on linux

Description of the changes:

• Update azure-c-shared-utility to LTS_07_2022_Ref02(hmac.c: fix mismatching function prototype)
• Update libebml to 1.3.7(Fix compile error for gcc with "EbmlSInteger: Use limits instead of climits")
• Add missing includes for gcc 12
