`IncludeTestAssembly` for code coverage appears undocumented on learn.microsoft.com

The IncludeTestAssembly property doesn't seem to appear anywhere on learn.microsoft.com, which makes it difficult to use correctly. At a minimum, I think it needs to be mentioned in these two places:

• https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/additional-tools/dotnet-coverage#settings
• https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/test/customizing-code-coverage-analysis?view=vs-2022

There may be other places as well, but these are the two that you can directly reach from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/testing/unit-testing-platform-extensions-code-coverage#microsoft-code-coverage.

It is inconsistent

It should probably be made clear that ur does not mean thart yout test assembly will be instrumented and that it is just a shortcut for ModulePaths Exclude.
