Repro Steps:

  1. Launch #URL: https://fluentui-blazor.net/Forms
  2. Tab to "Primary Classification" form field.
  3. Observe screen reader not announcing required information on focus

Actual Result:

Narrator/NVDA does not announce required information when focus is "Primary Classification" combobox.

Expected Results:

The Narrator/NVDA should announce that the "Primary Classification" field is required, such as: "Primary Classification, required."

User Impact:

This issue may lead to confusion for users who depend on screen readers, as they may not realize that the "Primary Classification" combobox is a required field, potentially resulting in incomplete form submissions.
