[MenuItem] Add KeepOpen parameter

📖 Description

A feature that adds the option to keep the menu item open after it has been selected. This allows render fragments, such as FluentSwitch or simply the MenuItemRadio, to be changed without needing to re-click. By default, this option will be set to false to avoid any breaking changes.
