Proposal: A single file to configure language servers for all editors

There should be an editor-agnostic way of configuring language servers, e.g. `.lsp.toml`

Instead of the current approach where you have to clutter your code base to create a separate folder for each editor you want to support: `.helix`, `.vscode`, `.zed`...
