I've added support for an 'autoWidth' column option. Once set to true, the column width will be set to fill remaining space. Only works if forceFitColumns set on the grid also.
I've only been using the library for a few days and I'm a bit of a JS noob, so:
a) Hope there wasn't a way to do this already :)
b) Apologies in advance for any JS mistakes
