Include ShareAdd.jl & PackageMaker.jl

May I suggest including my packages ShareAdd.jl and PackageMaker.jl? Both packages are aiming at different aspects of Julia workflow. If you are OK with it, I'd prepare a PR.

PackageMaker.jl is a GUI wrapper around PkgTemplates.jl, making creation of packages and projects more comfortable esp. for less experienced Julia users.

ShareAdd.jl I'd actually recommend to most Julia users. Is makes easy to keep the main shared environment clean, to try new packages, to have all packages you may need at your fingertips, and to manage your shared environments.

Both packages have reasonable documentations and test suites, and also hand-tested under macOS (ARM & Intel), Win10, and Ubuntu.
