LGTM! I agree about the 'News' tag—I don't really think it's useful. Everything we post is "news" when it's "new" and then not news when it's older. 😅

My main goal with this PR is to remove the "MUI Core" tag from blog posts, as we used it in many instances to refer to Material UI instead. Then, I added tags for Material UI + Joy UI and updated a few posts when they were more obvious. I also added a new tag called "Guides" for posts where it feels more like a "how-to" post style than anything else. Lastly, I'm wondering about whether we should keep the "News" tag — it feels too time-constrained... but maybe that's off-scope.
Aside from all of this, added in some usual and minor design adjustments.
