Instead of using
npm lsto get the installed packages, we just readpackage.jsondirectly. Although this has the drawback of not supporting nested dependencies, it does sidestep a number of issues whenNODE_ENV=productionor using different package managers with their own heuristics for thelistcommand.Fixes #165, fixes #171, fixes #173
