"Download and enable" button font color

Steps:

1. Select "Apps" from the menu.
2. Search for an application to install.

The color of the font for the button in the sidebar is not visible. Change the color from white to black.

Nextcloud 22.2.3 and 23.0.0 RC2

After turning off the background color for the buttons (marked in the screenshot), the colors return to normal:

After removing :not(.button-vue), appearance is back to normal.

@marcoambrosini Will changing this code affect other buttons that should be displayed differently?

I researched further and noticed that in the core/css/inputs.scss file it adds :not(.button-vue) in .button:not(.button-vue) and input[type='button']:not(.button-vue).

After changing the code to:

button:not(.button-vue), .button,
input[type='button'],

the buttons display is correct.
