Mostly for discussion at the current stage. Related nextcloud/server#38329
NcDatetimePickerdepends onNcTimezonePicker, which in turn depends on@nextcloud/calendar-js, which makes it bundle unnecessarily large. One solution is to lazy load this particular component only if needed.
