This upgrade breaks all the styling it seems. Something we need to have a deeper look at.
In case we fix it for 20 and the changes are minor we can always consider the backport if needed.

Nextcloud 18 recommends PHP 7.4 and Ubuntu 20.04 ships this version by default. Postponing this to Nextcloud 20 will make the situation worse.
