This reverts commit 520f4a5.

• Reverts [stable29] fix: disable loading when there are no more activities to load #1932

Without this pagination works totally fine. Otherwise pagination breaks when there was at least 1 grouped activity: #1931 (comment)

Steps to reproduce

• Do some activity that you will remember afterwards
• Create a folder
• Upload 100 screenshots
• Go to activity app
• Try to scroll down until you can see the activity from step 1
