ESLint v8 is EOL for quite some time so lets move to ESLint v9.
Some code (stylistic) changes due to harder rules in the updated config.
Note: Some dependencies in
package.jsonthat seem to be unrelated are bumped but in reality I only aligned the version with what is already in the lock file to not be confused reading thepackage.json.
