This should fix the failing workflows when setting up the environment due to the GD extension being missing, as well as prevent PHPUnit workflows from running in pull requests that modified only JavaScript files. Other unrelated parts of the workflow files were updated as well for consistency. Signed-off-by: Daniel Calviño Sánchez <[email protected]>
