[Bug]: Mail: Cannot Delete an entry in "Recently Contacted" Nextcloud-24

Bug description

HI,
I am testing Mail under Nextcloud 24.
I sent my self an email, and to my pleasant surprise, the email address was auto populated in my contacts.
so i am thinking goody, i can simply add few other items to it and i have a full fledged contact entry... saves me time.
it turns out that this entry is under a group called "Recently Contacted", fine, but what i don't understand, is why can't i touch this thing. I cannot edit it, move it or delete it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Send an email to a person not in your contacts already
2. look in your contacts folder under recently contacted
3. Try to edit that last contacted entry

Expected behavior

I am expecting to be able to delete that entry at the minimum... but of course editing it or moving into another folder is equally expected.

Disable the contactsinteraction app if you don't like that feature. This special addressbook is read-only.

I can see a use for this app, but to be a default installation, i am not so sure it makes sense.
I just disabled it.

Wait a second... i just noticed that you are the author of that app, when i tried to go to their page and suggest a read/write option.
so, if this had a write option, it will be very helpful, please consider adding it...

I have been trying to consolidate my NextCloud instance to a single contact for each user as inside the Calendar app when inviting 20 people there are 40 contacts. I discovered that disabling the Contacts Interaction app removes the Recently Contacted address book but the duplicate contacts still appear inside the Calendar App. I have tried everything I know how to do but can't find a way to get rid of them. I am on NextCloud 25.0.1, Contacts 5.0.1, and I was using Contacts Interaction 1.6.0

But the PR does not address (yet) the issue of deleting only one entry from the "Recently contacted" addressbook.
