Thanks for the PR! I'll check it later, maybe it makes sense to backport changes completely; another style fixes are needed for 30 anyway |

This has already been removed on master (targetting 31) on a bigger (merged) PR, but applying this small fix only on v30 an v29.
Without this fix, the whole notifications
divblock is withpointercursor, and one can not easily distinguish a link with possible clic. This is fixed by not using cursor pointer as default, and only links are with cursorpointer(the correct behaviour).
