This has already been removed on master (targetting 31) on a bigger (merged) PR, but applying this small fix only on v30 an v29.

Without this fix, the whole notifications div block is with pointer cursor, and one can not easily distinguish a link with possible clic. This is fixed by not using cursor pointer as default, and only links are with cursor pointer (the correct behaviour).

Thanks for the PR!

I'll check it later, maybe it makes sense to backport changes completely; another style fixes are needed for 30 anyway
