Steps to reproduce

0. Use German (or any other) as language
1. Open user mgmt
2. Pick a user and change the password to i.e. 1
3. Hit the save-arrow
4. On the admin-password confirmation screen provide the correct admin-password and hit "Confirm"

You'll get a success notification and an error notification in English/German mixed.

The HintExceptions are correct, so this must be a server issue where the english message is taken and not the translated hint.
