Ignored file list configuration for server

Wouldn't make sense to have a "ignored files" config for server, so to avoid having to config manually all clients? For files in the ignored list that are uploaded with the web GUI, the web GUI could show a warning icon saying "this file will not be synced to clients".

Or maybe a way to "broadcast" the list to all clients?

I don't recall how the various clients behave when they bump up against it (web, desktop, mobile), but the blacklisted_files option does exist at the server-level:

@joshtrichards thanks, works as expected on the web gui, and windows/android clients albeit the behavior is slightly different, also comparing to the "ignored files" list. The web gui and the windows client return an error message while the android client do not returns any error/message.
