[Bug]: upgrading from 31.0.0 to 31.0.1 : unable to connect account from ios #51579

Hi !
I've been struggling with this bug since I updated to 31.0.1 and the only fix I found was downgrading to 30.0.0.
What happens, with a new setup on ios is that I can connect, but there is one error message :
Encryption App is enabled, but your keys are not initialized. Please log-out and log-in again.
then I grant access
then nothing happens, the account is never "linked".
I tried reconnecting and regranting and nothing happens

1.update to 31.0.1
