Fixed visibility of the expiration date field for internal shares by aligning the logic with the one from the public link shares.
I've tested and checked that the value was saved correctly in oc_share.
However, there's an additional, separate issue that the field doesn't populate itself, see #34695 (comment)
The focus of this PR is only to fix visibility for now.
