This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getRootFolderand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Files\IRootFolder::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
OCP\Files\IRootFolderclass is imported via theusedirective.
