This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getEventLoggerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Diagnostics\IEventLogger::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
OCP\Diagnostics\IEventLoggerclass is imported via theusedirective.
