This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getHasherand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Security\IHasher::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
OCP\Security\IHasherclass is imported via theusedirective.
