Looks valid: https://github.com/LizardByte/setup-python-action#setup-python-action

But doesn't increase my trust into the action itself.

Fine by me as well, while we also use python in other areas, like https://github.com/nextcloud/android/blob/master/.github/workflows/analysis.yml#L66 where we also updated to Python 3, so also unclear if the tests break on Python 3 and if there is a specific reason to pin it on v2.7 or nobody ever tried.

But also @ChristophWurst :

https://github.com/apple/ccs-caldavtester.git and https://github.com/apple/ccs-pycalendar.git - archived Feb/2024 (so we should fork for backing this up) and use them and maybe check if they run on Python 3? for me the more important aspect would currently by to fork the repos in use ❗

The backport to stable31 failed. Please do this backport manually.

# Switch to the target branch and update it
git checkout stable31
git pull origin stable31

# Create the new backport branch
git checkout -b backport/53941/stable31

# Cherry pick the change from the commit sha1 of the change against the default branch
# This might cause conflicts, resolve them
git cherry-pick 7689c919

# Push the cherry pick commit to the remote repository and open a pull request
git push origin backport/53941/stable31

Error: Failed to check for changes with origin/stable31: No changes found in backport branch
