Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When starting a new discussion I've to set my background image. I want to use for all new web meetings the same background image (company policy), so it's a bit frustrating to set it from meeting to meeting.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to set a default background image for my user that is being used as a default setting for new meetings.
Another solution could be that an administrator could set the default setting (with a default background image) for all users (of a group?) that is being used for new meetings.

When starting a new discussion I've to set my background image.

We are currently considering to simply remove the "per conversation" aspect of that feature. It does not really make a lot of sense to most users and causes more confusion then it brings help
